Environmental Compliance
As our awareness of how solvents affect the environment and human health grow, so do the regulations that govern the use of these chemicals. Hazardous air pollutants are highly regulated by the EPA. The pollution prevention act of 1990 propelled regulatory issues to the forefront of process design by suggesting the use of materials , processes or practices that reduce or eliminate the creation of pollution or waste at the source.

By using SURFASOLVE™ technology many regulatory burdens can be eliminated or substantially eased. This is easily accomplished by users of SURFASOLVE™ technology. SURFASOLVE™ changes processes to substantially reduce and almost eliminate the generation of hazardous waste. In addition, SURFASOLVE™ users have much less environmental risk exposure then solvent users.

An independent laboratory analysis was conducted to help ensure to our customers that no EPA listed chemicals are used in SURFASOLVE™. The independent laboratory analysis was performed using EPA method 8260 full list. This analysis provided that no EPA listed chemicals where in SURFASOLVE™ formulas. This analysis was performed by a certified and accredited laboratory in accordance with NELAC standards. A copy of this report is available upon request.
