Recycling: |

Never Throw away liquid SurfaSolve, it is fully recyclable.
For recycling use the flock tank to clean the old material
and separate glass fibers out. Refer to Recycling
SurfaSolve |

Avoid The Following: |

Avoid cleaning gel
coat and putties in workstations that are used for cleaning
resin. Use a different workstation setup for gel coat and
putties. DO NOT ADD WATER TO SURFASOLVE! |

Cleanig Rollers: |
Step 1: |
Push the roller across the grid
plate rapidly back and forth for
about 5 sec's. If this step is not
followed the roller will gel inside
and lock up. If there is resin
starting to get on the roller fins,
then after cleaning across the grid
plate use the brushes to remove the
gelling resin. |

After cleaning the roller shake it a
few times inside of the work station
to remove excess Tool Cleaner. |
Step 2: |

Hang the roller on the side if not
using or leave on the grid plate for
soaking. |
Step 3: |

More Information |
| • DO NOT just throw the
roller in a bucket of
SURFASOLVE ™ at the workstation and
leave it unattended. |
| • Do not use the brushes on
the grid plate to just clean
the rollers. You must clean
the roller across the grid
plate first! If rollers gel
its because they were not
rolled across the grid plate
first, there is no
possibility for a roller to
gel if the above cleaning
process is fallowed. |
| • SURFASOLVE™
DOES NOT MAKE ROLLER HANDLES
SLIPPERY! This is only an
illusion and will not effect
handling of the roller. It
is a great waste of time
toweling off the SURFASOLVE™
residue from roller handles.
If this is not believed by
the employees, simply ask
him to pull the roller out
of your hand with SURFASOLVE™
residue on the handle. |
